Invantest's Lot Analyzer is arriving late to the engineering analysis market, and Invantest customers are already using engineering analysis tools to improve their production yields. But current engineering tools tend to be complicated and inflexible and force users to do it their way.
Instead of creating yet another engineering analysis tool, Invantest is building a flexible analysis tool that can be adapted to the well established production processes and preferences of each of its customers. Customer guidance is a vital part of LA development to eliminate known weaknesses in their current engineering processes.

Rapid Data Loading and Comprehensive Analysis

OEE metrics computed by EA applications are compliant with SEMATECH industry standards. In addition, EA includes other LA uses STDF data files or INF data files for analysis. STDF files tend to be very large and can easily overwhelm a database loader. In contrast, INF data files produced by Integrator cell controllers are compact, easy to load, and contain more information than is available in STDF. INF data with LA analytics enable engineers to get their work done more quickly without waiting for data to become available.
